United: 92% Of Democrats Support Biden Presidency
Democrats feel great about President Biden, new polls show.
The Democratic Party is almost completely united behind President Joe Biden, a new survey reveals.
“A new poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research finds 6 in 10 Democrats say they’re optimistic about their party’s future, and Democrats nearly universally — 92% — approve of the way Biden is handling his job. The Democratic president is viewed favorably by both liberals and moderates,” the Associated Press reports.
The strong support more than six months into Biden’s presidency shows resiliency in light of attacks from Republicans as well as criticism from some in the mainstream media.
Republican attacks on key issues like the economy, immigration, and the American Rescue Plan seem to have little to no effect among the millions of people responsible for voting Biden into office in 2020. Similarly, complaints from figures like Donald Trump have done nothing statistically to make Democrats doubt their choice of the 46th president.
