President Joe Biden deftly handled a group of pro-Trump hecklers at a rally in Virginia. In town to stump for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe, the hecklers apparently thought their loud yelling would throw off the Commander-In-Chief.

No such luck.

As the hecklers began, members of the audience tried to drown them out with chants of “Let’s go Joe!”

But Biden stopped them and made clear he could handle it.

“That’s OK, that’s all right. No, no, no, no. Let ’em talk. That’s OK,” said Biden.

Then he turned it on the Trump fans.

“Look, this is not a Trump rally,” Biden noted. “Let ’em holler. No one’s paying attention.”

Virginia is home territory for Biden and the Democrats. He easily defeated Donald Trump in the southern state in 2020, and all the state’s senators are Democrats. The last time a Republican won Virginia in the presidential election was 2004.
