The Trump reelection campaign is claiming that despite polls showing a double-digit lead for Joe Biden, the race is a ‘toss-up.’
The claim was made on Saturday on CNN by Jason Miller, a senior adviser for the Trump campaign.
The most recent election poll from NBC/Wall Street Journal has Biden ahead by 11, while Quinnipiac polling shows a 15-point lead for the former vice president.
“This race is either a tie or a toss-up, no matter how you look at it,” Trump 2020 campaign senior adviser Jason Miller says to @smerconish, despite the steady decline of the President’s national poll numbers. https://t.co/n1Q5OQ40KX pic.twitter.com/WULGVDYFmT
